So, I admittedly went hog-wild and am starting my own Kombucha brew, water kefir and feremented my first set of veggies. I'm wondering if it's okay to be eating and drinking all three of these together? Can you have too much of a good thing?
If it's possible to eat or drink too much, anyone have tips on how much we should be eating and drinking each day??
My 16 month old is going to start on the fermented veggies and water kefir (slowly of course) and I have no idea how much he should be getting???

mostly because we keep moving and we live somewhere very cold and I'm not sure how well the grains or fungus would survive the very long trip through the mountains; nobody here has any.
