I'm EBF and got my period at 10 weeks PP. BUT - I barely had any cramps which I was hoping would happen after having a baby, b/c usually mine are terrible. Now I'm 13.5 weeks PP and haven't seen any fertility signs, so I'm definitely not regular yet. makes birth control a drag...

DS is going to be three months old and AF made her presence known last night.

nothing yet at 13 wks PP. but then again, i bled for 9 wks (which was resolved with acupuncture) so i hope she doesn't come back for a while!

mine is back too

With my first, it didn't come back for 14 months, so when it started last night I thought I was crazy or sick so I came to this board to find out if I was the only one.

I am 13 weeks pp and we are nursing/cosleeping but he sleeps about 6-7 hours at night. I hate it but I feel better knowing I'm not the only one. I guess I won't call my midwife to find out what is wrong with me....

Ki is 3 months 1 week and no AF here yet!! My mom did get hers back until she stopped nursing so Im hoping I follow the "tradition" here too. BUT I have PCOS so my cycles are very irregular anyways, like 60-80 days between cycles so Its not a big deal anyways if I get it back. I get such a break between cycles anyways. Although I am hoping since having a baby and all that my hormones regulated a bit and it will be a bit more normal now.

So blessed on that front, my lmp was Feb 2006 - then conceived DS2. DS3 was a bonus baby - I was so used to no bleeding that I'd kindoff forgotten that I may actually ovulate. Will be a bit more cautious this time. I'm almost 41 though, so I'm hoping for an early menapouse and to never suffer the dreaded curse again!

With my 1st two kids, AF returned at 3mos. PP. But then after baby #3 it didn't come back for 7.5 mos. I was 31 & blamed her late return on my age. And then after baby #4 AF didn't appear for 9 mos. Sooooo, I'm not expecting her for several more mos at least. And I'm hoping I'm right because it's not like we've busted out the birth control devices yet!

I've had 2 now - one at 10 weeks and one at 16 weeks, and a huge bout of PMDD along with it. I sobbed all weekend uncontrollably. Of course I feel fine now. Going to the ND now for bioidentical hormones. Any experience with those?

DS is 4 months and AF hasn't returned for me. I am EBF/co-sleeping and DS usually doesn't sleep more than 5 hrs at one stretch. Now you are all going to think I am crazy... and I probably am. I know it is possible to get pregnant again before AF returns. If I were to find out I was pregnant again, I would celebrate... not that we are actively TRYING, but we are most definitely not actively PREVENTING. I am 38 and it took over 2 years of "trying" to get this one, and it could be that the next one takes awhile, too, so I am not going to try to "prevent" anything at this point. In a perfect world, I would have had my DS years ago, so I could space the LO's out a little more, but since I am 38, I don't want to waste time.

Am I the only one on here who actually wants to be pregnant again already?
