I live in canada and currently do not have access to raw milk. I can however get non homogenized whole milk but I`m not sure how it is pasteurized (probably gently) . Is it better to drink the whole milk vs. no milk at all? I have a 2 year old and gave her whole goats milk up until 2 (breast milk until 1) but I`m currently not giving her any milk. I have been cooking with the non homogenized milk and we have yogurt and raw cheese. Should I included 1 cup of milk in her diet? We have no sensitivities and enjoy dairy. Thanks
