Is a 12 month old a toddler?
Silly question, I know... but I feel like my 11 month old baby is a toddler-in-training. She's not quite walking yet, but she's extremely mobile. And I feel like she's becoming more demanding, and vocal about it, like a toddler.
But she's not quite a toddler, because she doesn't walk, and doesn't usually seem to understand my directions ("Paige come here- follow mommy! Let's go potty!" etc). She's understanding more and more every day though. What a crazy time!

And there's definitely more people in this area who remember those pre-walking proto-toddler days clearly than anywhere else in MDC.
