Prenatal Yoga DVD?

Does anyone know of a Prenatal Yoga DVD that they love? I got one with my last pregnancy but never used it because you had to have all this wallspace and a zillion props and sofa cushions (the cushions on my sofa don't come off).

I'm thinking of something on the beginner/intermediate level, with no props needed, just a mat. Having different exercises for different stages of pregnancy would be nice.

i've watched a lot of them (and taught prenatal classes), and my favorite is definitely Yoga for Your Pregnancy, made by Yoga Journal and Lamaze. You can watch the whole session, or just an energetic part, just a relaxing part. The teacher takes some of her warmup exercises from the kundalini tradition. She has good options available for as pregnancy progresses. Also includes yoga for during labor.

a short and sweet one, with an anusara teacher who has a very uplifting style, is Crunch Yoga Mama. it is not a vigorous practice, but feels wonderful. gives you another option.

wishing you a healthy, happy pregnancy!

I used these 2 while I was pregnant and really enjoyed them.

This one requires a chair and a blanket. Shows different variations for each trimester.

This one does not use any props and is a little more challenging.
