SN and Car seats

My DD is 9 months old and about to outgrow her bucket seat. She is already 20 lbs. I have a Evenflo Triumph, but I think she will outgrow the weight limit before I am ready for her to be FF. Any recomendations out there for a higher weight limit for a RF seat? I would prefer something not huge, since she has to ride in the back seat w/ DS in his FF seat, and an adult (to suction her trach).

Graco MyRide
Sunshine Kids Radian
TrueFit

All of those should keep her rear facing for a while and can be used forward facing for a while too (in fact, the seat may expire before she outgrows it.)

You can check the dimensions to see which will fit better in your car.

Cosco Scenera is RF to 35 lbs and inexpensive. I got mine for about $60 at Target. The new "Rounded Squares" print edition was listed as Best Convertible Seat of 2009 for being lowest in chemicals.

Thanks to both of you. We can get to 35 lbs with our triumph, so I am just going to keep my eyes out for the radian to go on sale.

Wanted to point out that the Graco My Ride has a much nicer recline than the Radian for when your child is forward facing (in several years, obviously, you know the value of keeping her rearfacing past age 2 and above). When forward facing, the recline of the Radian is really upright, which is something to consider if a child has tubes, low tone, etc. Also, the recline of the Radian when rearfacing is pretty much set, and can be difficult to adjust or fit in some cars. It's a great seat, but the My Ride may work better for a SN kiddo.
