Squirrels and Raccoons and Corn.

What are your methods for keeping critters out of your corn? Last year they ate ALL of mine. Every single ear, over night!

Corn is so tall, I can't imagine a way to cover it to keep critters out like you would with small plants. I want to try corn again this year, but not if it's all just going to fatten up squirrels.

I buy corn from local farmers. I just can't give garden space inside the fence for corn because I know it'll disappear about 10 minutes before being ready to pick.

You can put out cheap corn feed in a another part of the yard to keep the animals away from yours.Encourage raptors like hawks and owls.Any animals that will eat the animals that eat your crops.Trap and remove some critters.

I grow tall corn for privacy.I did get real upset when the squirrels would tear up my row of sunflowers.Lol,I taught my dogs to chase them.All I have to say is,"Get the squirrel!" And they go crazy barking to get outside and hunt.
