Pre-washing BG Organic AIOs - Couple Questions

I'm getting ready to start pre-washing my BG Organic AIOs (and some Sposoeasy AIOs) and have a couple of questions I'm sure someone can easily help me with. First, I have an assortment of colors including the darker green and blue as well as pastels and white - since I'll be washing in hot, do I have to worry about any color bleeding with the outer darker fabric? Second, is there any reason I can't use my regular ECOS non-scented detergent (front loader, high efficiency washer) to wash the diapers?

I typically don't have much for bleeding, but I also don't normally wash in hot and would hate to ruin the diapers' colors before they even have a poop stain!!

BG is now warning that the dark colors can run, so do the dark ones by themselves for one load before adding the light colors.

Does Ecos have fabric softener? If it does, it would not be the best choice IMO.
