I used to be a big supporter of Greenpeace (loooong ago). I'm looking to get back into environmentalism and I'm looking for groups that are effective/working towards change in a peaceful way.
I'm not sure if I'll word this right (here come some flames) but I'm looking for groups that support environmental causes in a peaceful, non-violent way. I'm off to research Greenpeace once again but if you all have recommendations, that would be great - I'm about 20 years outdated and admittedly ignorant on who the major players are for environmental protection and advocacy and I always trust your judgement!
