I'm looking for some advice regarding improving eyesight. I've got rather typical near-sighted issues. About a week ago, the sight in my right eye just got a whole lot worse (it seems overnight). I couldn't stand wearing my contacts anymore, because of the vision change, so I quit. I'm using my glasses for driving and such (which of course is awful, too, because the right side is still fairly blurry). But I've decided it's time to really focus on getting my eyesight improved and hopefully the issues completely eliminated.
Has anyone had any success in this department? I've eliminated grains, and am 95% sugar free (currenly eliminating that as well - including natural sweeteners). I'm trying to take fish, cod, butter and evening primrose oils every day. I'm working on starting a eye-exercise program. But is there anything else I should be aware of (traditional foods-wise, or any other aspect)? I know vitamin A is important for eyesight. Are there any super concentrated supplements (that are whole food, TF) that might help me out? Or certain TF foods I should be focusing on?
Thanks!!
