Oh, such good news in the end here.
I'm so sorry she got IS too though. s
Our little miss cotton ball button has severe epilepsy so I know how scary and terrible seizures are.

My son has IS and vigabitrin worked really well for him. He is doing great now about a year out from the initial diagnosis. He was seizure free after 2 weeks or so on vigabitrin.

Have you stayed on it for the whole year? No more spasms? Same dose and all? Did he continue to develop as he was before the onset of the IS?

DD is 72 hours seizure free. She had one really mild cluster after her first dose, and then no more. We have a follow up EEG on Friday to see if her brain waves are back to normal. I am hopeful. I just wonder how long it will take me to stop staring at her waiting for something to happen. This anxiety is killing me.
