Can woolite coat my washer?

I rent my home and share the laundry facilities with one other renter. She has grown children and is very kind and accommodating. I want to approach her about working out an agreement for what to use in the washer/dryer that works for everyone's laundry and my CDs. I have noticed that she currently uses All free and clear detergent, woolite, and dryer sheets. I know that the her detergent is probably ok, and that the dryer sheets will need to go. What about woolite? I'm concerned that it will coat the interior of the washing machine and coat my CDs. What can I offer her as an alternative for things she wants washed delicately? My first thought is that if you are using a detergent with plant-based surfactants instead of petrochemicals you shouldn't have a problem with it being too hard on delicate clothing, which is what I'm assuming she uses it for. I'm going to offer to buy the detergent and let her use ours as long as she is happy with it. Anyone have detergent suggestions or woolite alternatives?

I would run an empty load, or even a load of towels with very little soap to clean the washer before doing your diapers. And peek in and see what you have as far as bubbles, because if it's a lot it may cause problems down the road for you.
