Life sucks. Totally sucks.
Hubby works full-time for a contracting company that supplies workers for the state government. A co-worker told DH yesterday that their company lost their contract. We got the official word this morning. The contract ends Feb. 28.
So now hubby has to negotiate with the other contracting companies to see if he still has a job and if he can get paid, benefits, etc. Obviously he's not in a good place to negotiate, and we know that in the past many people have had to take large (5-figure) pay cuts to keep their jobs.
I want to cry. I really, really do.
Actually I want to move to be near by family. I've wanted to for a while, and I'm trying to convince DH that maybe now is the time to make the move.
