I would. I've managed to get to a level where the house is never more than a few minutes away from being presentable. Right now the lunch dishes need to be washed, I need to wipe down the bathroom (I keep a tub of disinfecting wipes in there for emergency wipedowns), there are a few toys scattered across the playroom floor, and a few magazines and coupons waiting to be sorted on an end table. If someone can't deal with that, they don't need to be in my house!

I feel the same way about our guest bathroom. It *must* be clean at all times. Also, I try to keep the kitchen dishes rinsed and the trash out. Otherwise, I'm pretty laid back about our home. I figure if nothin's smellin we're doing allright.

Most important to me is the downstairs powder room. So I keep those Method bathroom cleaning wipes (I know not very green, but you can flush them) in the bathroom, and spot clean when I go to the bathroom, so it usually looks good.
