Hi there! I am currently in my 23rd week and have gained about 20 pounds. This is the most I have ever weighed and that doesn't bother me. What is bothering me is I am having very bad problems with my mid back, sacrum, and hips. I am having trouble getting up and am very sore all the time. I am concerned because I will be gaining more weight which I am sure will add to the issues. My physical activity before pregnancy was surfing but I have since cut that out. I also did a bit of yoga. I saw on another post some suggestions for yoga DVDs which I am going to look into. Any other suggestions for a way to combat this? Thanks in advance!
