Soaking guidelines?

I'm new to TF and I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a link that explains the guidelines surrounding what needs to be soaked and how long for each, etc...

I'm especially interested in oats, rice, quinoa, seeds, and beans. (I'm GF and still would like to eat those specific grains/seeds/protein sources, but just soaked correctly and in moderation.)
