First time mom here..
I unbuttoned my 4 month old baby's sleeper to change his diaper, and on his belly was red skin with tiny bumps. Unbuttoned it all the way, and it was all over his belly, going up to his arm pits, in the fold of his neck/chin, and extending to his back. We had recently changed from Johnsons baby wash, to Huggies hypoallergenic baby wash. Last night was the second time using it. As far as I know, that is the ONLY change we've made. Could that have changed it? I tried calling our doctor, but all I got was answering machine. He doesn't have a fever, he's happy and fine. Not too uncomfortable, if at all.
is this serious? what could it be? Are we just dressing him too warm? He was sweating when we got him up from his nap and took him out of his swaddle, but to me it doesn't look liek the online heat rash photos I googled. kind of similar, but not exactly
