Birthing Centers in LA, CA

I need your help! Have any of you been to or birthed at either the Aquanatal birthing center or The Oaks House both in Chino, CA?

I am pregnant with my second baby and due late august to early september. This baby will be a VBAC and they will be approx 19 months apart. I had a c-section last time because of a lot of lies (really! I just got my medical charts and EVERY reason they told me they were inducing me/c-sectioning me was a lie... but that's another story). I recently went to the UCLA midwives because i had given in that no one would see me but it was the WORST experience ever and i could just see c-section written on the walls. [i am also on a bloodthinner... but willing to negotiate that]

Please please if you have any insights or anything. My husband and i are going to visit them Monday but i would love to know first hand accounts!

Hi and welcome! You might try posting this in the California forum. You'll get more responses from people familiar with the centers. Sorry about the unnecessary C-section -- that happens to so many women.

So sorry about the lies and the c-section.
I'm not familiar with that birthing center, but I agree with the PP, try the Ca tribe. Someone there might know.
