I filed for my divorce...I kept putting it off, like always making one more excuse not to go ahead and just do it and working on the paperwork here and there...but I bit the bullet, and spent several hours filling out the rest of the paperwork and going over it with a clerk...no lawyer, just me...it was soooo overwhelming, especially being a single mom of a 7 month old with no child support and my STBX moving out-of-state. Phew...done...at least for now.... our custody hearing is scheduled for March 1st, so more to come... but I DID IT.... along with moving everything out of our apartment and having several huge sales (definitely been stressful but I feel like simply filing was getting over a huge hurdle).
