I like where I work at and I get treated very well,been doing it for 5 years.I work at a wrecking yard repairing repairable wrecks my bosses Ron and Julia buy mostly mechanical and some body work work.I met Ron and Julia whom are husband and wife 5 years ago whom have ben great to me.I was working at a muffler/brake shop at the time which I went through so much sexual harrassment and tons of sexist remarks.I did get justice for the harrassment,saw a lawyer and won $50,000.00 for a settlement from my ex boss Gary.It went to court.I hated it and Ron saw it first.It was finally Julia next and one day they talked me into working for them with much better treatment.I t was at their house and I told them I will take it knowing they treat their employees right.I work with two wonderful co worker in my area where I work in,Charles and Franklin which they say I am a very good worker not sitting around and they hate anyone sitting around doing nothing.Charles and Franklin do help me out and I help them out too.
