Anyone have any good TF recipes for the bread machine?

subbing.
I was just given a bread machine, and it would make it so much more wonderful if there were some TF recipes I could make in it!
I am just making plain whole wheat for right now, which we like, but it's certainly not TF.

To start, I'd love to find recipes that use whole foods--so many recipes seem to rely on powdered milk, potato flakes, and canola oil. I guess I could sub melted butter for the canola oil, and use whole milk instead of the powdered milk (and reduce the amount of water), right? But what are the potato flakes for?

I just want to use real ingredients, KWIM? And then move on to sprouted grains.

And what's the deal with soaking grains? Can I do that with a bread machine? Do I have to decrease the amount of liquid that I use? Some of the multigrain recipes that I've found ask for cooking the grains, but could I just soak them?

Oh, and the multigrain recipes just say "use x amount of your favorite multigrain cereal." But I don't want to use processed food at all. How do I come up with the equivalent?

(I think these are TF-ish questions, but I'm pretty new to all this.)

This recipe might fit the bill- at least it is made from 'real' ingredients.

Soulemama's WHO Bread

We make (and eat!) a loaf a week and it is great!
