My middle child was dx with strep on Wednesday. It had started with a dry cough and sore throat then fever. She no longer has the fever but now she has a horrible wet cough and still feels awful. From what I can tell the cough is not a symptom of the strep right? I read something online that suggested it was probably another virus on top of the strep. Is this right? My other two are starting with a wet cough yet but no fevers. Ugh!! We've been so sick this year!
