I think they're the tiniest bit loose, I'll check again in a few minutes. She mentioned her teeth hurt (can't be too painful or she'd really be complaining about it.) She also had torn the frenulum a bit, which I assume should just be left to heal on its own.

Not sure about the teeth, though!

We are icing the lip and she has taken rescue remedy and homeopathic arnica.

You should take her to the dentist.

My dd ran into a pole last year and the dentist wanted us to bring her in right away.

I think she's ok. Now that I've had some time to research it sounds like the teeth will tighten back up on their own in a few days. They are barely loose, if at all.

Thanks!

I would look at homeopathic ruta, which is excellent for tightening up ligaments and tendons and can be very useful when teeth are knocked a bit loose.

I would think it would be ok then. I would watch closely for any discoloration.

It *should* heal up on its own just fine.

Don't get too freaked out if it discolors even. When an adult tooth discolors it's dead. When a baby tooth does it is often bruised and it will heal and slowly go back to it's old color. My son hit his tooth and I thought it was dead because it went dark. The pediatric dentist told me that baby teeth are very resilient compared to adult and they can take a lot more hits because they have better blood flow or something--so they can actually even bruise! It took a while but slowly lightened back to normal.
