I strongly believe when it bothers any party involved, the default should be to clothe all people involved.

My kids don't generally run around naked outside of the house, but that's just not their thing.

Eh I wouldn't be too concerned about the 7 and 9 yr old's reaction but that of their parents. If they're cool with it, then it's ok. FWIW, at my house my 5.5 yr old DD would be joining and and the 7 yr old ds wouldn't think anything about it as he's used to his sister that way on a regular basis! Just wait until your 3 yr old starts shunning underpants and informs the babysitter "my butt doesn't like underwear!".
