Glorio I will happily share when I have more time! I don't follow the meal plans at all..I'm vegetarian and had to be very creative..but yeah I"m meeting the 15/6 daily and it's fairly simple to be honest..the trick was learning where the hidden sugar is.

I haven't eaten much fruit but I'm not a fruit lover particularly..but my veggie intake is high as is my avocado/bean/egg/cheese..well high for me because I used to think I had to cut that out/eat low fat etc. to lose weight!

I am so happy with the fact that there are NO CRAVINGS!

Incredible!

I am also veg, and have been at a loss of how to modify low carb recipies. Any suggestions? Favorites? I don't add sugar to anything except for a half teaspoon to my coffee, but I feel so suseptible to sugar cravings. I can quickly get on a roller coaster, especially in the afternoons. Tips?
