Help with low body temps(cold) thyroid

Anyways, I always know that my thyroid level is going out of whack when my muscles start to ache and my temps start to go low like for example when it was at the end of november but beginning to get close to dec my temps would be as low as 92.6 but then the muscles would really ache then so when the levels start to get high it starts to stay in the 96 range then if they continue to be high then it will be in the 95 range .

So then since my son had a 2 day fever while I was freezing cold and couldn't keep the heater on too long because I didn't want to overheat my boy .

So it takes only within 3 days for me to feel so cold as if i'm shivering, having chills and even with a coat on I'm still cold !

So then I start to warm up when I eat a warm meal but then i'm back shivering again.

So I'm trying to figure out how to keep my body warm when my temps go low and it proably will take a week to 2 for my temps to go back up after new dose that's been upped.
