SPD mama's.... how are ya feeling?

I'm just wondering how some of the other ladies who had SPD during pregnancy are feeling. The last few weeks I've been waking up with SPD pain again, and sometimes it wakes me up at night. I think it's positional, and I suspect my overfull bladder doesn't help.
Anywho, just wondering if I'm the only one.

DDC crashing, I'm due in April, but wanted to say that my doula said that the pain can last well beyond childbirth, possibly 6 months or more as it tries to heal. I was really hoping to hear it was one of those things that just clears up right after your baby is born! Sorry to hear you're still suffering, I'd definitely talk to a midwife/ doctor/ chiropractor.

symphysis pubis dysfunction...

mine has resolved, thankfully.

I've found that I can get my pubic symphysis into better alignment by laying flat on my back and squeezing my thighs and knees tightly together - sometimes it results in an audible release (a "pop") and feels immediatley better.
