Grain free uses for brie?

I accidentally have a couple wedges of brie - long story.

Any ideas what I can do with them? We're grain free so no puff pastry wrapped brie, no brie on sandwiches or with crackers.

Any other ideas? Maybe a soup?

I like to warm it until it is soft and spread it on apple slices or grapes

Oh and pear slices too!

Make a cheese sauce/fondue and dip your veggies into it.

Mmm. Brie and pear is soooo good.

It's also nice with a peppery relish spread.

Brie and pear is the BEST! It's also not bad with turkey. Also makes a great salad. Just take off the rind and dice it up or crumble it over greens, with apple or pear dices is yummy too!

Wow, warm brie and apple is fantastic. My pears need another day or two and then I'll try them. Mmmm! Thank you

Found this through New Posts.

Put sliced almonds on top, warm it and spread it on fruit slices.

If you really wanted crackers with it, I would do almond flour crackers. They are so easy and SO good!

you can warm the brie in the oven with some peppery/spicy jam (e.g., ginger apricot) and eat with any fruit wedges or just plane. I'm envious of your brie!

I make marinated red peppers at the holidays. These poured over brie, warmed and then use apples or celery for scooping is so good!!

You can buy jarred peppers too which are just as good!

I had some for lunch today in a salad - I sauteed some apples and dried cranberries with some spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pepper), stirred in some pecans I found at the back of the fridge, heated up the brie (we just had a little bit) and tossed it all with some greens, olive oil and some red wine vinegar.

It was a clean out the fridge meal that tasted amazing!

I made this the other day, with bacon, asparagus, and fried onion:

You can dip whatever in it. Veggies, gf crackers, put it on baked potatoes, etc.

Melt it in the oven over sliced apples, sprinkled with nuts, maybe a little cinnamon and/or honey.

Last night I saw a Cream of Brie soup on Ricardo:

The only grain in it is a couple tablespoons of flour, used as a thickener. You could leave it out, or you could make a substitute for something else that would work as a thickener (I'm not grain free so I don't know...).

melt it a bit and mix in some fig preserves or even habanero jelly if youre feeling spicy and then eat it with roasted chicken or turkey fondue style

use cut veggies as your "crackers" I especially like cucumbers and radishes, but most veggies work well.
