etsy is great place to begin! i have also found things on ebay. waldorf school sales or fairs are good, or you can learn to needle felt! its easy and a lot of fun. most of what we have is collected from nature. we also have a collection of jalu toys. he is local to where i am (west coast of canada) from and makes beautiful figures. good luck! nature tables are a wonderful thing
I am so excited to get these, although I know it will be awhile since it is coming from the czech republic. I need to get her a little rainbow stacker. Since we are in florida, spring comes a bit earlier and I want to get a few more bits.

Do you allow playing with these or are they saved for the nature table and put away once the season ends?
We never put toys on ours. It's usually just a collection of things the children have found on nature walks and hikes.
I let the children play with it, as long as they are gentle and keep it together. some of it goes away till the next time, some of it back into wherever it belongs (wooden animal box for example..or coloured silks back into the dressups) some of it stays with the nature table through all of the seasons.
Waaah! I just favorited that today! Enjoy - I'll have to keep my eye out for the next listing.
I actually messaged her and asked her when she would put it back up and she messaged me back and said it was in her store. See if she can whip you up one quickly!
I am so excited I got it. I have been eyeing it for weeks.

only she will have no face and a green dress. I just need a play silk for the table ( need to find a green one) and and a blue one for the sky in the background.
This is so much fun to plan out. I need to start getting some things for other seasons, like felt to start needle f elting my own things.
I've found some nice nature table things at antique shops and thrift stores too. At an antique shop I bought a set of tiny little porcelain woodland animals, and from the thrift store we've purchased a very sweet little handwoven basket, a ceramic bowl to hold acorns and other nuts, and a little framed painting of a woodsy autumn scene.
