Cracking/Snapping Sound in Baby's Neck

Does anyone else notice this in their child? My one year old has this often. I feel like her neck makes this noise very often throughout the day. I just took her to our chiropractor and he said it was from tight ligaments.. he explained it more like the ligaments snapping on her bones rather than the "cracking" sound I hear.

I dunno what it is but all three of mine have done it every so often between about 6 wo and 12 mo. It never seemed to bother them and
they are healthy, happy kids.
