I just joined sparkpeople and they want me to eat a diet of 50% carbs, 20% protien, 30% fat. Since joining three days ago
I have found that I am eating 40% carbs, 40% fat, 20% protien. I am still staying in my calorie range for the day though. Does it really matter weither it is a fat, carb or protien calorie?
