Does anyone else experience this? Last year I noticed this really strongly starting in January, and it seems to be happening again now. I ate very well all summer and fall and then after new year's I just don't want to eat anymore. Appetite comes back in April/May.
Both years I have not been overweight in the slightest and been exercising at least somewhat (at least 20 minutes of brisk walking a day). It's sort of alarming because last year it resulted in me losing almost 10 pounds and feeling really run down. I would really like to not do that this year. Does anyone have any idea of what might be going on?
