Diaper-area odor in toddler girl

My DD (almost 2 years old) has an odor in her diaper area...a not-fresh odor, for lack of better description. She has no visible rash and no discharge, and is naked-butt most of the day as that's how she prefers to be (yes, in Wisconsin in January ). Any suggestions? I'm giving her a probiotic. I also should pick up some yogurt. Any other solutions? Will it help if I apply ACV, and if so, should I dilute it? Any suggestions are appreciated!

My dd gets a little stinky, too. I don't think she wipes her pee all that well. She's a nakey-butt all the time at home, too - in cold neighboring MN! I add some baking soda to her bath water and that helps. Sometimes I squirt her with water after she pees with my peri bottle.
