TAssajara cookbooks?

Anyone own any of these? what do you think? is there a specific one you'd recommend?

i cam across these in a podcast awhile ago forgot about and just remembered. I'm looking for inspiration and these sounds really good....

I have the Tassajara Bread book, and really like it -- yummy banana bread! And lots of neat ideas for other creations, too. Not a super-jam packed recipe book, but I found a lot of what *is* in it appeals to me. Enjoy!

Thanks! I managed to get the tassajara cookingbook. It is aimed at beginners but I am enjoying the recipes! Might try the breadbook next

The bread book is incredible. The oatmeal bread is so good you can just gobble it down straight .
