I am trying to figure out the differebce between a Mei Tai and a Kozy Carrier other than the price (comfort, ease of wearing, discreet nursing etc.) Any input?

The Kozy Carrier is a mei tai. There are several brands of mei tais and Kozy is one of them. From what I've heard, it's a great mei tai.

Thanks prisca, this is confusing - so many different baby carriers. Which MT is the best?

The best mei tai depends on who you ask. It's really subjective and depends on the personal preference of the wearer. For me, I've found Kozy to be super comfortable. Other really good brands include Babyhawk and Freehand.

It really depends on you and your babe. Personally, I didn't find the Kozy comfortable... but I'd ordered it from a retailer that had a return policy, so that was okay. For DD1, I LOVED my Sachi. But I'm not loving it with DD2 (she tends to lean back more, whereas DD1 was snuggling in to nurse 23/7.)
The differences are in fabric (weight and prettiness) as well as straps (padded or not, and angled or not) and the shape of the body panel. IMO the shape of the body panel has the greatest impact on comfort.

My Kozy is very easy to wear and comfy even for long walks or shopping trips, but not good at all for discrete nursing. A ring sling or simply sitting down holding the baby is way easier for nursing.
