I am trying to figure out the differebce between a Mei Tai and a Kozy Carrier other than the price (comfort, ease of wearing, discreet nursing etc.) Any input?

It really depends on you and your babe. Personally, I didn't find the Kozy comfortable... but I'd ordered it from a retailer that had a return policy, so that was okay. For DD1, I LOVED my Sachi. But I'm not loving it with DD2 (she tends to lean back more, whereas DD1 was snuggling in to nurse 23/7.)
The differences are in fabric (weight and prettiness) as well as straps (padded or not, and angled or not) and the shape of the body panel. IMO the shape of the body panel has the greatest impact on comfort.

It's really subjective and depends on the personal preference of the wearer. For me, I've found Kozy to be super comfortable. Other really good brands include Babyhawk and Freehand.
