Buying in bulk/storing spices

This could probably go in Nutrition and Good Eating, too, but I'm posting here for now because I, personally, am doing this for reasons of frugality.

WinCo recently came to town, and I am loving their bulk foods section. They have tons of rice, beans, pasta, spices, etc for sale at really cheap prices.

So.

If I'm buying spices in bulk, can I freeze some? I have small spice jars to keep in my kitchen, but I would love to buy a small bag of each spice and keep it as back up. I would love to know which spices freeze, how long, what you do, anything you care to offer (well, topic related, at least.)

Thanks!

Yes, I have a Frontier account and I buy spices lbs at a time and keep them in the freezer.

I buy most of my spices in bulk as well, I put them into a larger ziploc freezer bag, never had any issues with them.
Freeze away!
