9.5 month old DD, Day 7 of symptoms

I think the cold is just running its course, but I wouldn't mind some other opinions from you mammas who know more than I do. It started with a cough, then a runny nose. The runny nose seems to be getting better (she slept better last night), and it seems to be moving more into her chest. The cough has always sounded productive, but I haven't been able to get a look at anything coming out of it. Today, she's rattling a bit when she's breathing, but she doesn't seem to be having any problem breathing. The rattle concerns me... not because I think she has a problem yet, but I'm nervous about her having fluid in her lungs, and I don't know how to tell when that's too much of a problem.

She's cheerful and playful, wanting a few extra cuddles here and there. She doesn't have a fever, and the highest reading I've ever gotten on her this whole sickness was 100.4 F once. No other readings have been over 100 F. We're working on keeping her air clean and moist and trying to keep her comfortable. She's having an easier time nursing now that her nose is starting to clear out. Is there anything else we can do?
