Hello mammas.

I haven't kept in touch in a long time. Just reading for a few minutes makes me feel right at home, though.

My team at UOP is researching for paper on the various approaches for home schooling. I would appreciate very much any contributions you could offer. Any concepts at all. Can you think of any that will relate to but not limited to preschoolers, special-individual needs of children (such as, and pardon the labeling, adhd, add, autism, special diets etc.) charters, cirriculums, various philosophies: montessori, unschooling etc.

Thank Yall!
Miss this community every time I'm away. I really should make time for this home away from home.

  8. Unschooling/Radical Unschooling
  9. Thomas Jefferson
  10. Montessori
  11. Eclectic

Brilliant! Exactly what I was hoping for.

I homeschooled my children. They just recently went to live with their dad and was enrolled in ps. As young as they are, they love history and math! (8,7,5) When I ask their peers about similar things, they seem so disinterested. Wish they were still home schooled. another story....

Thank you for your help.

Add +homeschooling to most of these in a search to get the specific results you're looking for (i.e. travel+homeschooling).
