Nutrition info for different kinds of raw milk?

Here's a silly question... so I do eat dairy, but I am grain-free and trying to keep my carbs low. I drink milk from Jersey cows and I know that the fat content of milk from jersey's is higher than say holsteins. And it's probably higher than store-bought milk. Anyway, can anyone point me towards nutrition info for milk from different breeds of cow? I'd love to know how many grams of carbs are generally in a cup of raw milk from a Jersey cow, for my head tally.

not sure about the carbs issue, but I know that most guernseys produce A2 milk, and many jerseys do also, while fresians/holsteins produce mainly A1 proteins. The A2 is much better for you, and so I drink raw guernsey milk. The guernsey milk is quite yellow and puts my visitors off because it looks like it is full of fat, but it is naturally yellow and has a similar amount of fat to jersey milk. And it is delicious!

I know, isn't it great! I don't think my milk source has been tested for sure, but after I found out about it I was very relieved that I get Jersey milk. There are people in my area who are really knowledgeable about these things and they say we have a great milk source, so that does help. I would say that about the top 40% of the milk is cream, and it is definitely slightly yellow and very creamy and delicious. So... I usually drink 2-3 cups a day... which I why I was wondering what the carbs might be, I'm trying to stay in the 50-100 grams or even less. I wouldn't give up drinking milk, but would cut back on other things, or at least be mindful...
