Sometimes, I wish she was my neighbor!! I love love loved her book and it helped me so much. Sometimes you need to go back and re read it to ground you.

One thing I loved that she said in the interview was how now that its a recession time, she is getting calls. She is correct, even in good economic times we should be frugal or live within your means or below.
