Oh wise ladies, please remind me that someday my child will sleep through the night!

I am about to explode from exhaustion

Of course your child will eventually sleep through the night! You are doing a great thing by letting him/her set their own pace. Don't buy into any hype. You are raising a very loved child who will, one day, be an independent sleeper.

I personally tell myself that I can't WAIT for DD to be a teenager who sleeps all the time. I will laugh deep down when that day comes. I won't forget these sleepless days!

Your child will sleep through the night, and so will mine, right?!? There are a thousand reasons that young children wake. Patience and love.

Thanks! It is just getting a bit old after three years of it! But hey at least I am down to two or three times a night instead of every 45 minutes like it was when he was 18 months!
