fines. big ones. And it possibly could delay the birth certificate for 6 months which means no passport and no leaving the country. I am not really sure though because it isn't like the Swiss would break. the. rules.

UPDATE of the strange variety

So we did decide to name the baby Ezra Sébastien (I got the French spelling I wanted ) and we did decide in under the Swiss time limit. But I have sort of a strange update to go with it.

Since we couldn't think of a name the whole pregnancy, I was thinking of all the possible joke names I could to go with DH's last name (sounds like Poll). Anyway, the one that stuck was Edgar Allan Poll. We jokingly called the baby Edgar Allan and in the hospital I told DH that I was going to fill in Edgar Allan if we couldn't come up with anything. Today I realized that Ezra shares a birthday with...

Love his name! Very debonair and elegant! My dad's middle name was Edgar and we always joked about using it. Spooky/weird about the b-day!
