We have it narrowed down to Maya for the first name, but are torn on the middle. I LOOOOOVE Skye for the middle name, but does it sound right??

So our choices are Maya Skye Flores or Maya Lily Flores or neither?

I said Maya Lily. I think it flows very nicely. The other 2 are pretty, too, though.

I voted for Maya Lillian Skye Flores...I think the long i sound in Maya and Skye is awkward back to back, but lovely with Lillian in the middle. I just chose a double middle for my new one to help with the flow of the name. All are pretty names!

I like Lillian Skye best.

I do not like the two middle names.

I never though of it that way...the long i's. Hmm..makes sense though, maybe that's why I was having reservations on the name. So far, I think dh likes Maya Lillian Skye best(maybe spell it with one L, making it Lilian though). I do like it, but then have reserves about 2 middle names. Skye was always important for me to use for this baby, and I LOVE Maya, so maybe I will have to use a second middle name to make it flow better.

Thanks for the opinions mama's, keep the vote coming! I like to show dh the results

I love Maya Skye!!

What about Maya Lily Skye? I don't mind 2 middle names especially when they are short like the ones you have chosen. I like Maya Lilian Skye as well. If this little one is a girl we'll be using Lily in her name as well I love it

I actually like the repeat of the vowel sound. I think it ties the name together beautifully. Especially since there are a different number of syllables in the two names. If it was the same vowel sound AND the same number of syllables, then it would be two sing-songy. This is perfect:

Maya Skye!

I saw a movie yesterday called Under the Mayan Skies. Just so you know..... It is what I thought of when I saw the combination.

Mind you my son's name is Ruben and many people were/are quick to point out the sandwich. Doesn't bother me too much and they have stoped now.

Thanks for the votes ladies!!

ddc crashing to say I think you should forget about "flow" and go with what you like. She will very rarely be called by all three names together. Hardly anyone will even know, much less use, her middle name.

I like the alliteration of Maya and Skye, so that's how I voted. Honestly though I think they are all lovely.

I like the two middle names

I have a fabulous, spunky 7 yr old Maya Lillian of my own, lol obviously, that'd be my vote!

I like Maya Skye, but I prefer the spelling "Sky". Great name!
