21 month old and "OW! OW!"

My DS is 21 mos and often starts saying "ow ow" in a distressed voice and points to his toes, leg, or right eye. This has been going on almost daily or every other day for a few weeks now. I took him to the doctor b/c he had an ear infection and she looked at his eye and didn't see anything. He has VERY sensitive feet. To where I can only trim his toe nails when he is sleeping (and sometimes not even then - he is that sensitive.)

He very often keeps his toes curled up tight and my DH has some weird messed up feet (hooked toes, turned toes, etc.)

What does ow mean? Should I be concerned (which I already am) or is this just a toddler thing.....

What R U thinking? Like PDD? Or sensory problems?

I think that it is just a kid thing. Sometimes children just do funny things.

If you are worried just keep an eye on it.
