Hello. It was recently reccomended that my pre-teen dd take vit D/Calcium supplements, something along the lines of Viactive, I think it's called. She is not a milk drinker, but does do some yougurt, leafy greens. It's a little hit or miss these days, though.

Also have you considered fermented cod liver oil? That's such a great thing for all to take
