I hate stuff!

We are probably going to have to move for financial reasons, and I'm feeling very sad about it because we're in our dream home.

However, I'm making myself feel better by going around the house thinking of what we can get rid of if we move! Poor dh, he's a pack rat and I probably make him so nervous. I just mentally reduced our book collection by about 75%.

when you're under financial (and other!) burdens, decluttering is refreshing - lightening the load a bit, gaining a little freedom. i hope things work out for the best.

We aren't planning on moving anytime soon and I'm looking around the house to see what we can get rid of IF we ever have the chance to move
Decluttering is so therapauutic, isnt' it? If you do move I bet you can find another house that you can turn into your own favorite place. This time without clutter!

You could always point out to him that you can sell a lot of the things you are decluttering to help out with your financial issues. I had a lot of luck selling most of my book son half.com, and we've made tons of money off of Craigslist.

It is so therapeutic.

We will never have a completely clutter-free home because of dh, but he's worth it.

I have tried to sell books on half.com and never had any luck! What's your secret?
