Any other winter sowers with sprouts?

My English Daisies (well, one container of them) sprouted with this 'heat wave' of 50's we've had the past couple of days. I also have lettuce and spinach going (although those are kind of to be expected, and I don't count them as 'real' sprouts like the daisies.)

I'm so sick of winter. Happy to have little sproutlings!

Because I'm moving next month and am on strict orders to consolidate, I can't winter sow this year. Too many little bottles to work around.
