I slowly started going TF last summer and have been dragging the kids and DH, kicking and screaming, along for the ride. I have been really filling my diet with probiotic rich foods- water kefir, milk kefir, fermented veggies and lots of coconut oil. The kids and dh have not eating so much. they all got nasty sick this past week and I didn't. I usually catch everything that goes round.
Now I really need to work on their diet. Any tips?
