Why am I so tired all the time?

I get plenty of sleep (DS is teething so not as much as I was but he only wakes up 4 or 5 times in a night), my diet isn't the best I'll admit, I don't take supplements...

I have a B-Complex that I've taken before...but the last time I took it my breast milk took on a yellow tint and DS's pee was more yellow afterwards too (mine was neon so I know it was the vitamins) Is that okay?

Ugh, I just feel like I could lounge in bed all day long.

Fatique can be a sign of so many things from stress to thyroid issues to over taxed adrenals to toxicity from diet. It is such a vague symptom that really can be caused by dozens of things.

I would go get a complete CBC and tyroid check to start and go from there.

B vitamins turn pee darker...this is normal. I would think that it would be normal for breastmil too but I'm not farmiliar with this.

I had permanent fatigue from the time was son was born til now (3 years later). I fixed my diet, got the exercise down, and even put myself on a strict sleep schedule to make sure I got enough. No help whatsoever.

Because of a host of other symptoms I thought were age and sleep-deprivation related, I finally went to the doc and had a lot of blood work done. Turns out it's my thyroid. So I agree with PP, try some bloodwork and see if anything's up. My doc said the two most common reasons for fatigue and other odd symptoms are anemia and thyroid. Both are easily discovered with blood tests.

Thyroid (test T3 and T4 too/complete panel) (common)

Vitamin D deficiency (test 25 (OH) D levels) (extremely common)

Sleep apnea and/or Upper Airway Resistance (common to semi-common depending on age and physical characteristics like facial structure)

coq10 deficiency or carnitine deficiency. The most common metabolic conditions can onset in adulthood and result in fatigue. Pregnancy/delivery is often the instigator for adult onset metabolic stuff. (less common to semi-common)

B12 deficiency (less common) other b vitamin deficiencies

Anemia (commonality depends on diet)

Parathyroid Disease (very rare)

Adrenal fatigue (semi-common possibly--but I think almost always there is another issue with this so don't stop looking there).
