Strep throat prevention and natural remedies ?

It turned out that my son did have strep throat after all the doctor did a full grown test even though the rapid test was negative .

So I know strep throat is highly contagious and my brother may have ended up getting that . Since they both ended up sick around the same time .

So now mom and I are exposed to it . Along with me being more exposed to it .

So I was wondering any advice ?

Focus on boosting the immune system...make yourself un undesirable host to the invading bacteria.

I would be taking LOTS of SA, OLE, Tons of garlic, probiotocs and I would be avoiding sugar and dairy as well.
